1. The Moderators / Administrators is obligated to:
1.1. Comply with the rules for users and under no circumstances to insulting anyone (including in private messages).
1.2. Help users to resolve their problems and conflicts.
1.3. Serve as an example in behavior.
1.4. The Moderators / Administrators must be impartial.
1.5 When performing official duties, communicate with users in a understandable language.
2. The Moderators / Administrator can:
2.1. Hide comments that violate the rules of the service, contain spam.
2.2. Edit topics that violate the rules of the service, are formatted incorrectly.
2.3. Close topics that escalate into a conflict or go out of context of the topic title.
2.4. Close topics that have previously been discussed in the forum.
2.5. Delete stupid and meaningless topics, as well as topics that do not contain any useful information.
Before closing a topic, the Moderators / Administrators must indicate the reason for closure.
3. The Moderators / Administrators daily assigned duties:
3.1. Be on the site 24 hours a day.
3.2. Read all topics, blogs and comments.
3.3. Report to users for their actions.
4. The following is prohibited:
4.1. Using Moderators / Administrators status for personal purposes.
4.2. Disclosing proprietary information.
4.3. Sharing a nickname (whether a password or SID) with another user.
