The best ways to speed up and clean your computer and make it faster without installing software, here are some of them:
1- Press the Windows + R mark from the keyboard and type the word temp, then press Enter, then from the keyboard press Ctrl + A, then Shift + Delete
2- Repeat the same steps but using %temp%
3- Repeat the same steps but by using the word recent
4- Modify - Repeat the same steps but by using prefetch
5- Go to the This PC icon, then press the right key on one of the partitions and select the last thing Properties, then Tools, then select squares and click Check
6 - Same lines for paragraph 4 but use the Optimise tool, then select the partition, press Optimise and wait for the operation to be done
7- Go to the This PC icon, then press the right key on one of the partitions and select the last thing Properties, then General, then the tool Disk Clean-Up, then OK
