BREAKING: FBI Director Kash Patel HUMILIATED after Iran-linked hackers breach his personal email.
FBI Director Kash Patel has never been accused of competence (and certainly not humility), having studied at the cankled foot of Donald Trump. Now, the true extent of his lack of qualifications for one of the most important roles in U.S. law enforcement has been disclosed — through the hacking of his personal email account.
Iranian government-linked hackers from the group calling itself the Handala Hack Team claimed Friday that they successfully breached Patel's personal Gmail account and dumped the contents online for the whole world to see.
A Justice Department official confirmed that the breach was real and that the published material appeared authentic.
So, what did the hackers find in the inbox of the man Trump put in charge of keeping America safe?
Photos of Patel sniffing and smoking cigars. Riding in an antique convertible. Taking a selfie in the mirror with a large bottle of rum.
It’s like Patel is determined to live up to every negative stereotype that his detractors have accused him of: prioritizing his own interests over those of the nation, massive self-aggrandizement, and a determination to squeeze every perk possible from his lofty position.
This is the same Kash Patel who was confirmed to lead the FBI despite having zero law enforcement experience. The same Kash Patel who published a children's book casting himself as a hero. The same administration that has gutted federal cybersecurity agencies and fired thousands of national security professionals.
And now the FBI Director's personal email — which was previously exposed in prior data breaches, according to cybersecurity researchers — has been cracked open by Iranian intelligence operatives. Apparently, they didn't need to try very hard.
While Trump and his allies have spent months screaming about "deep state" enemies and purging career intelligence officials, America’s actual foreign adversaries have been busy doing what they do quite effectively: exploiting the chaos, the incompetence, and the hubris of men who think they're untouchable.
Iran just proved they're not.
Please like and share this if you think the man running the FBI should probably use secure government email — and maybe take better security precautions with his internet accounts so they’re not this easy to hack.
